Purchase Principles
Pre-Purchase Information
“Blind Box” means that customers cannot identify which doll in the series they purchased before opening it.
If there is a hidden model in the whole set, the hidden model will replace the ordinary model.
The number of dolls in each series varies. We cannot guarantee that the blind box you purchased will contain a hidden model, nor can we guarantee that the doll sent to you is the specific style you want. All dolls are sent randomly.
Customers must carefully select the blind box products or series they want to purchase. We do not provide any refund or exchange service due to users changing their purchase mind.
Cancellation & Change of Address
(1). We do not accept any cancellation request after the order is fulfilled.
(2). We do not accept any request to change the delivery address after the order is fulfilled.
(3). MEGA COLLECTION products are not included in promotional activities. If there is no product quality problem, we will not accept cancellation requests once the order is placed. Please place your order with caution.

Defects
Blind box products are art toys that are limited by existing technology and are made by hand.
Minor defects such as uneven color, minor scratches, paint peeling or bubbles are normal; If there are serious defects, you can apply for after-sales service within seven (7) business days after receiving the goods by providing the order number and photos of the relevant dolls to sevenbox888@gmail.com.
Cards and accessories
If the card in the blind box does not match the doll, we will reissue the corresponding card according to the actual doll and recycle the original card.
Duplicate dolls
If you purchase a whole box and there are duplicate dolls, we will provide the missing ordinary dolls and recycle the duplicate dolls.
Hidden item exchange
If you receive a hidden item exchange card from a product purchased on this website, please provide the order number and card photo to contact customer service at sevenbox888@gmail.com.
MEGA 1000%
For MEGA 1000% series products, please provide the ID of the relevant product when contacting customer service.
Limited edition products
The after-sales rules of limited edition products are subject to the specific event announcement.
Returns and refunds
1. Customers must carefully choose the blind box products or series they purchase. We will not provide any refunds or exchanges if you change your mind about purchasing.
2. Cross-border products do not support unconditional returns and exchanges
3. Products eligible for return:
(1) Must be sent back to the designated address together with the relevant gifts. (The shipping fee must be paid by the buyer first) (2) The seller will provide a coupon of the same amount based on the return fee payment receipt and return order number. (3) The refund will be processed within 48 hours after receiving the returned package.
4. The refund amount will be returned to your original payment account within 3-7 working days from the date the system processes the refund.
FAQ
Can I cancel the order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the package is shipped, the order is irrevocable and cannot be cancelled.
